Nothing Exciting

Nothing exciting happened to us for quite a while!

Last week Mark presented EntoGenetics (the spider silk company) to Fidelity's Venture Capital division. The owner of the company (11th richest man in the U.S. had heard about the idea and wanted more information, so he sent some of his partners down for a information session.

I am back on track and hunkering down for 7 more weeks of school. Report cards have gone out, and the class is all mine now (no more playing by the old teacher's rules and procedures)! Most of the students have adjusted to my classroom expectations. I had one parent tell me "K. likes you, she thinks you are strict, but she likes you". I am sure this is not how everyone feels. It is impossible to please every person, but I hope most of my students and parents feel this way!

Until something cool, wonderful, or fun happens to us I guess this is all I can tell you.

I bet it is nice to finely do things your way! That is good you are a little strict, I think kids like that a better, they need the consistancy!
