When she got in Saturday we made treats for the BYU game and went shopping to buy fabric for some craft ideas we had in the works.
We visited the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel on Sunday, but there was a wedding so we spent a good 20 minutes goofing around with our time delay settings in the woods before the wedding party left. It was fun and something I haven't done in a long time!

Monday we went to Eureka Springs, AR because it was named the fourth coolest small town in America by Yahoo the day she flew in. We couldn't miss the opportunity to see one of the coolest towns in America could we? It is a small town in the middle of the Ozarks so the drive up was amazing and shopping in all of the little stores on main street was relaxing and energizing at the same time. We even found a great little shop that had everything from masquerade costumes to furniture.

Tuesday we checked out the Walmart Visitor Center and Flee Markets in the area and Talise etched a glass cake stand while I etched Smallwood into a glass casserole dish. I also put T to work on Tuesday. We started weeding one of my backyard flower beds.
Followed by sewing pillows and a new lamp shade for the guest bedroom. There are somethings that are just more fun to do with a girl friend than a husband or any boy for that matter. It made for a fantastic long weekend and I hope we can do it again soon!
