Duke Game

Yesterday a friend from Fuqua called Mark to see if he wanted to go to a Duke Basketball game.

Basketball is a big deal at Duke. In September they had a camp out for 2 days, the students slept in tents, trucks, or RVs, and had to report for roll call 30+ times in less than 24 hours. Mark didn't go because he knew his oldest sister would want to see him at her birthday party. As a result this is the first game he has had the opportunity to attend. Thank you Jaremy for offering your extra ticket to Mark!

Mark bought a duke blue shirt before the game so he could become a true Cameron Crazy. They call Duke fans Cameron Crazies because Cameron stadium is so small and the games are notorious for being the loudest and wildest in college basketball. He hung out with about 10 friends during the game. He said he was on his feet almost the whole time. He loved it!
